Aventurine promotes compassion and empathy. This energy centre connects body, mind and spirit.
Physical illnesses include heart attack, high blood pressure, difficult with breathing, unable to sleep and the fear of the inability to protect one self emotionally, fear of emotional weakness and betrayal.
Meditation to use
Imagine an energy centre at the top of your head. Visualise a ball of green light. Draw down this green ball filled with Love and Light through this opening down to the 4th energy centre.
Imagine it cleansing, purifying and getting brighter.
Feel the love that this energy brings you.
Green is the fourth colour. Green is for love, good luck and money.
