Citrine helps with self esteem. It is a lighthearted stone, bright and sparkly and has a warm golden glow it brings with it good cheer, hope and warmth. It is Sun energy, the happy stone. It allows you to feel a strong sense of personal power, regain self respect and take on new challenges. This is your personal power centre and enhancing inner power.
Negative aspects are feeling that others are controlling your life and lack of self confidence, suffering from depression.
Physical problems include problems with digestion, diabetes, nervous exhaustion and liver problems food allergies.

Imagine an energy centre at the top of your head.
Visualise a ball of yellow light.
Draw the yellow ball of Universal Love and Light through this opening down to the 3rd energy centre.
Imagine it cleansing, purifying and getting brighter.
Feel the energy expanding within.
Yellow is the third colour.
Yellow is a joyful and happy colour.
